Policy version: October 9, 2026.
Public website information
The public site does not include an ordinary contact form, custom patient intake, medical record system, or clinical messaging. Do not submit protected health information through ordinary email. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information to deliver and secure the website.
Booking and the client portal
Scheduling and secure client communication take place through Practice Better. The booking widget loads third-party resources from Practice Better and processes information under its applicable policies. The configured portal link takes you to an external service.
Staff authentication
The staff application uses Google Sign-In through Firebase. Access to timekeeping requires an explicit approved-staff record and the practice’s published Firestore security rules. Time records include work timestamps, categories, optional work notes, and correction history; these records must not contain patient information. Authentication uses browser session persistence. Time records are stored in Firestore, with temporary in-memory data used while the page is open.
Analytics and cookies
The Nomadiq RD website code does not add advertising trackers or an analytics service. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and embedded third-party services may process technical request information and use cookies or browser storage according to their own practices. The Practice Better booking widget operates within an embedded third-party page; its storage is controlled by Practice Better. This policy does not claim that third-party services are cookie-free.
Security and retention
Access to staff records is restricted. The practice determines retention periods for operational records and vendor logs, subject to applicable requirements. No method of internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
