Clarity before your care.
We accept Original Medicare / Medicare Part B for eligible Medical Nutrition Therapy services and self-pay.
Original Medicare / Part B
Medicare may cover MNT when you have diabetes, kidney disease, or a kidney transplant within the past 36 months, and your doctor refers you. Medicare describes an initial benefit of 3 hours in the first calendar year and 2 hours in later years; additional hours may be available with an eligible change and referral.
Eligibility and telehealth coverage must be confirmed for your circumstances and date of service. A Medicare Advantage plan has its own network and coverage rules; participation with Original Medicare does not establish participation with that plan.
