Christopher Naylor is the Co-Owner and Practice Administrator of Nomadiq RD, where he oversees much of the administrative and operational work behind the practice.
Chris grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and built his career in education. He earned a BAE in English Education from Wichita State University, an MSE in ESOL Curriculum and Instruction from Newman University, and later completed graduate work in Building Leadership.
His career has included roles as an English and journalism teacher, instructional leader, mentor, and assistant principal. Those experiences shaped his interest in communication, organization, technology, and the systems that help create better experiences for the people an organization serves.
After Chris and Leo relocated to Milwaukee, they co-founded Nomadiq RD in 2026. While Leo leads the clinical side of the practice, Chris oversees much of its business and administrative operations, including technology, scheduling systems, credentialing, billing and reimbursement administration, and practice communications.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys reading, writing, baking, traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with the people and animals he loves most.
For Chris, Nomadiq RD is about creating a practice that feels personal, thoughtful, and grounded in real life.
